Unscarred: Interview with Rick Giovinazzo (2009)

*** (out of 4)

Rick Giovinazzo is mainly involved in music as you can see from his IMDb credits but he did have one acting job and that was in 1984's COMBAT SHOCK. If you've seen that film then you know how disturbing it is so it's usually the director that we hear from who just happens to be Rick's brother. This six-minute interview is extremely entertaining as it gives you a chance to hear stories from Rick who talks about several interesting things about the production. This includes the Vietnam scenes and where they were actually filmed, a truck driver who heard some explosions and stopped to see what was going on and a very funny story dealing with the shooting at the end of the picture. At just six-minutes this certainly isn't ground-breaking but for the most part it's a very fun interview.
