I still miss Spun Out a show that while never great definitely was a fun throwback to 90's multicam comedies.
But if it was a Canadian show about a PR firm that I needed, Workin' Moms delivers. This is exactly the kind of uplifting, empowering show that the world could use right now.
It was real, it was funny, and it wasn't limited to its appeal as I am a man who liked it.
Does it have some work to do? Sure. Was the opening scene with the three mothers comparing their breasts really necessary? Maybe not, but it sent a clear message they're going to push the envelope from the opening moment.
