So Far the Best Episode
claudio_carvalho30 January 2019
Fet, QuInlan and Roman land in Long Island and are received by a group of vampires. They defeat the attackers and use their van. Sanjay blows up all the bridges to Manhattan to protect The Master. Setrakian and Dutch are in the museum and the weakened professor is tearing pages from the Lumen and putting them up on the wall trying to solve a riddle. Out of the blue, they overhear footsteps but they find that it is Eph and Alex. Eph examines Setrakian and believes he has a stroke. Eph and Dutch see Gus and he offers medicine to treat Setrakian under the protest of Alonso Creem. Meanwhile The Master is disappointed with Eichhorst and provokes him to hunt down Setrakian. Gus, his cousin, Eph and Dutch return to the museum but they are followed by Creem that learns their whereabouts. Eph gives blood thinner to Setrakian and tells that an excessive dose would be lethal for him since they poisoned the vampires in Philadelphia using the medicine. Then he looks for Sanjay expecting to be rewarded and he takes Creem to The Master and Eichhorst. However The Master does not accept the offer and sucks Creem, and Eichhorst heads with Creem to the hideout. Out of the blue, Setrakian is surprised by Eichhorst and Creem. What will happen to him?

"Ouroboros" is so far the best episode of "The Strain" despite the death of well-liked characters. But the absence of Zach in the show and the end of Eichhorst are great enough to guarantee the statement. My vote is ten.

A great scene

Warning: Spoilers
This review contains spoilers for the seventh episode of the fourth season entitled "Ouroboros".

The seventh episode of The Strain has the heroes attempt to re-unite after their respective missions. Setrakian is still searching for a way to defeat The Master in the Occido Lumen. Alonso Creem seeks to set himself ahead in the new order by allying with The Master.

This seventh episode is one of the best episodes in The Strain. A lot of this episode is the setup for the confrontation between Eichorst and Abraham Setrakian. The episode does have useful things for the other characters to do but they are meant to help the conflict happen.

The actual confrontation with Eichorst versus Abraham Setrakian and Alonso Creem versus Gus is a great scene. There is nothing wrong with the scene from writing, directing, or editing. The four seasons of build up between Eichorst and Abraham Setrakian has lead to this episode.

I highly recommend the seventh episode entitled "Ouroboros". It is the resolution to Abraham Setrakian's story the fans have been waiting for.

Infected Setrakian - Dead Eichorst [8.6/10]

Warning: Spoilers
Reaction / Review for The Strain Season 4 Episode 7 ''Ouroboros'' (S4. E7): Episode 6 was good and I gave it a rating 8.6/10. Finally Setrakian is back, I hope he will be part of all remaining episodes. Will the Lumen be useful after all? Seems like Setrakian's health is declining. Creem doesnt like giving things for free. I always love when Setrakian starts shouting haha. Creem is a damn traitor, I knew he couldn't be trusted. Im so glad the Master bit him, goodbye Creem. Wow, the Master blew up all the bridges, no way to get the bomb in the city now. Watching Eichorst beat Setrakian hurts my feelings. Eichorst bites Setrakian? No, no, no! Seems like Setrakian took all the blood thinner pills which causes harm to Eichorst, interesting! And just like that Eichorst is no more! Very good episode overall, my rating is 8.6/10.

Finally

Warning: Spoilers
"Brooklyn Bridge is Falling Down, Falling Down, Falling Down".

They needed a Contingency Plan, like getting less detectable small boat or a large cargo vessel scheduled for delivery to get the nuclear warhead within range to destroy The Master.

Why do they keep using conventional firearms, they know that those portable Sun lights ("flashlights") work. Even NAZI Thomas Eichorst cannot outrun or dodge a room filled with Sun Light.

Abraham Setrakian A230385 finally gets his revenge against NAZI Thomas Eichorst after over 60 years. The question is why didn't Abraham Setrakian A230385 do this long ago. NAZI Thomas Eichorst should have been the first to go after with the assistance of the Israelis NAZI War Crime Hunters.

Do not see why The Master is so upset, he can just make another, possibly even worse of a villain than NAZI Thomas Eichorst.
