BERLIN: PART 1 is another junk indie horror film from Manny Velazquez. It seems to be part of a continuum with other films from the director, including SAVAGE HIGH. Sadly, it's an absolutely worthless film, as diabolical as the rest I've seen of his output, and the opening text which reads "The clip's you are about to view was shot" gives you some idea of this film's amateurish nature. The rest involves dull wandering through the streets, in schools, and wooden dialogue exchanges. There's also a problem with the brightness flickering throughout, making this all but unwatchable.
