Organisational problems, disagreements with the management, unpleasant customers: Mathieu's days at the centre aren't always sweetness and light. To back up the complaint, Mathieu visits Cindy's seedy flat. Visibly the pair are sharing more than just a glance. Pete wants to write a love letter and Jojo, the volunteer, is celebrated by the staff. Is the letter-writer useful or futile? Will his job disappear with the budget cuts?
