The title is descriptive but pointless for this program of the usual f&s action, emanating from regional pornographer John Mason, who for some obscure reason does not identify himself as "Johnny Rebel" on this occasion. I've seen enough of JR's output to be fairly shocked that he would have two tiers (one proudly hawking the JR moniker and one anonymous) to differentiate his junk in some way.
