Ummm, and then I thought...

People, People, People, I don't think we're getting the point (us the viewers). I was a bit disappointed at first like many others and yes, sometimes I was expecting to get the same feelings or results or whatever you want to call it, as I had many times before when I watched it, but it can't stay like that. It's not realistic to expect the same group dynamics when you have so many big changes going on at the same time. With that in mind, I watched this episode and I have to say that now I think it's better. I think that the integrity of the characters is well maintained with a "growth" factor going on that is not only inevitable but also necessary and at the same time not too pushy. So now I think we have a normal (as to be expected) progression in the lives of the characters with all these great possibilities...I'm in!!!

Musical Genius

There are so many funny things here, it's hard to itemize them. Start with Raj and Howard doing "filk" music. The song they write is hilarious but really weird. If that's Howard playing, he's very good (he sang in a previous episode. Penny talks Leonard into moving out of Sheldon's apartment, leading to incredibly funny stuff, including Sheldon returning to twelve years previously (in his own head). Then there is the ongoing Stuart saga.

Thor and Dr. Jones, Thor and Dr. Jones....

Warning: Spoilers
1. TBBT tried to show that Bernie still is hoping Stuart would get off her back. Let's see what happens there. 2. Raj wanted to end things with Emily but just didn't. In-fact it looks like they are going strong. Howard's right,"Your (Raj's) brain belongs to whoever sleeps with you. " 3. Great is the fact that Amy is not getting back together with Sheldon. At-least not in near future. 4. How can Sheldon move on from his broken relationship with Amy (he did get a ring for her), but cannot get over Leonard as a room-mate. Fascinating!

When this would be a season 2 episode, it would be known as the best episode right?

I think the episode was definitely one of the best episodes ever! I laughed at nearly every scene and the "Thor and Dr. Jones" scenes are just comedy gold, i laughed the whole time and Stuart saying "Play something we can dance to" was just the best finale line i could imagine for the episode. Honestly, i think most people just think "hey it's season 9, season 9 is nothing against s2 so the episode has to be bad" that sucks so much, i agree season 9 had a few episodes that weren't that good but episodes like this make it good. Also the scenes when Sheldon acts like it's 2003 were really funny! The same with Two and a Half Men, if you remember everyone hated the last 4 seasons with Alan as the main character, but most of the episodes were still really funny and Walden + Alan was a good combination in my opinion, so yeah as i said, it's just unfair most late seasons of TV shows get undeserved hate.
