Pretty good. It's largely footage from D-Day showing the invasion of fascist France and Germany. It's lacking on deeper info. I was watching it in the background while doing other stuff waiting for the info to start so that I could focus more on it. But it's not telling you how many tanks did what or what soldier felt what. It's a basic overview using old footage. So the story is created around the footage they have. Much of the footage has some color and it's cool to see the local people and soldiers in high quality. But I had a hard time keeping focus because it's like seeing someone tell you about what he ate for breakfast. It's calm and unemotional. No one speaks on the screen itself. We have scenes with people doing basic boring stuff and the calm narrator overlay which is not always exciting. This is about the visual journey with a slow pace. I get that war cannot always be tension-filled or exciting. But I feel like it could have been a bit more action focused.
