A surprisingly focused episode, with most of the characters revolving around the baby storyline.The scenes with Brax actually work really well here, with a few things left up to interpretation and a nice poignant moment of him hearing his son for the first time.The reduced Braxton barbecue also underlines how much things have changed.
Phoebe sadly is more than a bit irritating as she veers between ranting about Kyle and overacting:Her performance at the hospital is a bit cringeworthy.Billie is a bit stalkerish around Kyle but quite good with everyone else and gets at least one good line in her scene with Ash.And it's nice to see Ash and Denny back together.
