Sadly, where this episode is going makes it impossible to truly enjoy it. And Amber's behaviour doesn't make much sense without that ending, unfortunately.It's a shame because there's some good stuff with Daniel briefly playing the supportive boyfriend and Paige being sisterly but... seriously?Can't Amber and Daniel get a little bit of happiness?
There's some good byplay between Imogen and Tyler, while Mark is still useless and Dimato makes a very odd move, with Michelle seeming more significant than was previously apparent.
The men in lycra storyline is still rather fun, with Karl being silly without being humiliated and Kyle and Nate showing some decent comic timing.And it's good that the women get involved in a way that doesn't involve making superior remarks.
