Irvine just gets worse....
jeffdstockton19 November 2022
Irvine and the producers are obviously searching for ways as his usual schtick is wearing thin. Plus, at this point, he's desperately trying to convince the network to give him his own Dr Phil-type show.

The artificial constraint if 2 days and $10,000 is getting ever more ridiculous, as he takes in a grocery store AND restaurant, similar to the multi-part projects they've done in the past few episodes. Lots of fake tension, as usual, along with the chief ego maniac beating up on 3verybody within earshot.

This guy is NOT effective. His record of success is almost non-existent, compared to the closures and failures. He wants to talk about 5ge subsequent month or two. But, check into how many fail within 6-12 months. Irvine and the producers look for the worst and most desperate BECAUSE those are the people who are most likely to think anything different is 'great'. The fact is, the format is an insult and a waste of time and money, because its just putting lipstick on pigs.

Irvine knows NOTHING about leadership or how to be an effective consultant - change agent. He's a bully because he knows he can be. Including to his own so-called 'team'.

Do your own followup online to see the depth of failure that this clown really is.

These restaurants essentially deserve to fail; they're that bad; the owners are that bad. Building entertainment on these extremely desperate people is cruel. So, in that respect, Irvine is the perfect bully for the simple-minded role he plays. Except that he seems to think he really is God's gift to these people. He's horrible. I would love to see him face a genuine consulting scenario, with appropriate time and resources, and a paying client. He'd been proven to be the actual failure that he is in a real-life circumstance.
