"Hope" is a movie that came out earlier this year. The writer and director is German Daniel Antoniadis, who worked on several short movie in the past. The language is English though, at least in the version I watched. This one only ran for roughly 2 minutes and I am actually not entirely sure if that was an extract to promote the movie or really the whole film. But looking at the credits, it probably was the whole thing as all the characters listed also appeared in there. We follow a young woman in a very heavy furry costume in a post-apocalyptic future it seems, or just a destroyed city maybe. She carries a gun, but in the end she is the one being shot, unclear by whom. The film did not look too bad I thought, but the voice-over was fairly pretentious in my opinion. All in all, a quite forgettable effort.
