An updated version of white-coaters, featuring real doctors as well as real sex. The doctors are, of course, not involved in the sex - that duty goes to two couples who remain uncredited in spite of not only performing carnally, but also ask questions at the end of the film. The director, Francesco Marini, is also something of a mystery, as his credits lead to a number of music and composition roles...I have my doubts that Marini would be directing a sex film, no matter how educational, and if he did, that he'd be using his real name.
This is a simple and effective enough feature, not talking down to viewers or trying too hard to seem funny or hip. The sexual encounters, even with the teaching aspect, actually have more of a heat to them than a number of adult material by this time (or since), due to the lack of gonzo elements and fake screaming, instead simply focusing on a natural connection between a man and a woman.
