After several misfires, Jim Powers is back on track with the 19th edition of his "Perverted Stories". The four vignettes are novel and clever, in a perverse way.
Finale is very well done, as Cassidy (a busty blonde, not the porn star of this era Cassidey) deals with a ventriloquist's dummy who seems to have come to life. For the zero-budget Powers works with, the dummy's movements are extremely well done, including a wonderful frisson moment of the dummy rising in the background of the shot at one point. A huge plastic penis for the thing is quite effective for humping Cassidy, and this is definitely a memorable vignette.
Even stranger is a quality depiction of a dirty joke premise, as Buck Adams has 3 of his friends over to hump a lady with a great figure, who has an Unknown Comic styled paper bag over her head (with hole for mouth egress, of course). Gimmick is that he tells them she's the sister of one of them (possibly his own, though that is a quite unconvincing aspect of the screenplay, given that Buck is in charge of the whole thing), and they take turns gang-banging her. Resolution of the suspense is ingenious, and Dalny Marga as the bag lady is quite sexy, her face never shown here.
The other scenes involving redhead Molina and Zoe as a sex doll are more routine but fit the series format.
