An OK episode but just one thing really bothered me.The fact that they didn't even know if someone was dead or not from an incident more than 10 years ago because the file was in archive seemed a bit ridiculous. While it obviously helped what they were trying to do with the story it was laughable that they would have to wait for the file in this modern age where even if they (for some reason) couldn't look up their own files on a wonderful machine called a computer they could look up newspaper articles or obituaries relating to the event. This irked me. I think this is probably the weakest episode so far. Shame as the premise was actually quite an interesting one and the season story arcs progressed a little too.
