Incest fails to spice up mediocre all-sexer
lor_21 June 2017
Lucasfilm spells a legendary SPFX and sci-fi label in mainstream cinema, but the once mighty Manhattan-based Gay Porn provider Lucas Entertainment is in the dumps. I used to see a lavish display hawking the outfit at my local Blue video store on 8th Ave./21st St. in Chelsea, but Russian émigré "Michael Lucas"'s video empire is ho-hum nowadays, as evidenced by this crummy "deluxe 2-disk" DVD.

The lame "story" set-up is literally phoned in, and still gets botched up. Our title hero played by Wilfried Knight pretends for the camera that he's got a call from his dad telling him that his previously unknown (to him, not to daddy) brother is arriving in Manhattan, and they will meet. In a subsequent scene Wilfried improvises that he's traveled to Manhattan expressly to meet the long-lost bro, sloppily contradicting this meager set-up.

Four lengthy boy/boy sex scenes follow, mostly bearing no relationship to the title premise. All the guys have facial hair in common, and the incestuous finale is generic sex like all the rest, culminating in timeless b.s. on the order of the hero declaring, apres-sex: "Who needs a boyfriend when you have family?...But don't tell dad about this". The latter phrase is one I've heard a thousand times lately, watching the currently trendy crypto-incest videos that deal with step-brothers and step-sisters.

The monotonous and unemotional (no connection is ever established by these overworked sex performers, many of whom were flown in to NYC to hump on camera from more centrally located centers of porn production around the world) XXX scenes have only a minute of relief, when drag queen guest star Lady Bunny pops in to have a fit, catching her nephew nude in the arms of another man. Her out-takes are funnier than the footage in the finished film, and even her status as aunt is only made clear there - in the actual film one would assume she is merely a jealous drag queen rather than a cis woman character.

Misleading marketing provides a second disk consisting of lots of trailers, some 13 minutes of BTS footage, and another 20 concerning water sports (namely head honcho Michael Lucas urinating on some poor twink as well as said twink -that's what they call him, not my usage of the Queen's English- filling up a large glass beaker with urine to pour on himself. There's also informative if unsavory demonstrations of how various squeeze bottles are used to "fill" actors' behinds so they can shoot out water or milk to simulate Golden Showers (wrong hole), and for me providing welcome insight as to the "secret" (not so secret to those in the know) method whereby such femme stars like Adriana Chechik and Cytherea frequently squirt vast volumes of "femme secretion" which is hardly that and not urine either but merely previously inserted Evian or Poland Spring.
