The realtor and the couple searching for their weekend fishing home are all great. The only problem with this episode is the misinformation given about the Diamondback Water snake that they encounter on one of the properties; the voice over says that a bite by this snake would be deadly if not treated within minutes, however this is completely false - Diamondback Water snakes are not venomous. They are very large and tend to be 'grouchy' and will bite if provoked, but without venom, they cannot kill humans.
