Made in 2013 but I was struck by this in 2022 whilst mundanely watching CBeebies with my daughter. It starts off as a Run of the mill story but the ending touches deep and I had to excuse myself at the end to wipe a couple of tears. Not cheesey but a truly touching Christmas remembrance of times past in our lives. Only someone with a heart of stone couldn't be touched by this. Unexpected tremendous piece amongst the usual light childrens tv.
The funny thing is the little ones can't really see why it touches so much and it is child friendly as they haven't had the chance to feel the feelings explored.
