- CJ Stabs a zombie with a wooden stick (off screen)
- Lot's of scenes with zombies eating people.
- A women falls and is eaten by zombies, some parts of her are seen thrown at the camera.
- Zombies are shot and blood comes out of their mouths.
- A boy is tackled by zombies and is eaten. We can see bloody parts of him being tossed in the air.
- CJ puts a grenade into a zombie and it blows up off screen. But we then see bloody legs and arms fly back at him.
- Tom is seen eating an amputated leg. More graphic in the Special Edition because it's brighter and more visible.
- A character breaks his leg off screen, later we see him crawling on the ground with bone is sticking out covered in blood. Then a zombie starts to eat it.
- A character throws up blood on a mirror.
- A group of zombies try to climb glass windows with blood running down their hands.
- During the ending fight Jay throws a grenade at a zombie, it blows it's arm off into the air followed with a trail of blood.
- Another Zombie Movie - Special Edition more blood is added when zombies are shot and updated color grading shows more detail of the blood giving it a higher PG-13 rating.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The opening scene a man is seen hysterical. His eyes turn to white.
- Can and Jessica are in a barn shed. They run out when zombies are attacking their village. Scene is intense.
- A teenager shoots at two characters, but misses.
- CJ find folders in a lab and is soon over run by zombies. He starts to run, only to see zombies chasing after him. There is a very intense scene were the group is trying to drive away from zombies in the woods. A character jumps in the back of the trailer and is shot off moments later.
- The ending fight is intense.
- CJ fights a zombie and later blows him up.
- The group is in the SUV surrounded by zombies. CJ later kills some.
- Lot's of zombies die at the ending.
