I screened this for a film festival. I was so excited to see the subject that I wasted no time watching it after my orientation. Literally hung up the phone and hit play.
Triangles is one of the few films I have seen about LGBT people in the Holocaust. It's not a common subject, but one that does need to be discussed more.
It's not a perfect film, but given the difficulty of getting subjects willing to talk about this topic, I think it is best to err on the side of caution.
It's a relevant film for this day and age.
While this is not a film I want to run out and purchase on DVD, I would recommend if you have an interest in LGBT things in the Holocaust or LGBT studies and you happen to get a chance to see it, go catch it.
