The show opens with Razor Ramon versus Rick Martel for the vacant Intercontinental Championship. This is the only interesting thing on the show. The Headshrinkers squash two scrubs who don't even get their names on television. Owen Hart faces jobber Scott King. Vince McMahon interviews Ludvig Borga, who doesn't think too highly of America. Donald Trump, no wait that's Lex Luger, comes out and tells Borga to "love it or leave it". Adam Bomb explodes on Ross Greenberg. The Smoky Mountain Tag Team Champions, the Rock 'n' Roll Express, make short work of Duane Gill and Barry Hardy in an "unsanctioned match". The good thing about these old episodes of RAW is that they opened with the best match and you could turn off the TV after it was over.
