Another very funny episode.

Father Damien has decided to put on a speed dating evening at Foley's, Sharon is desperate to attend, but needs someone to cover the bar. A new neighbour threatens Agnes's close bone with Winnie.

As good as last week's new episode, this new series has truly taken the show back to its early years, if as I am you're a fan of the show, this feels like a vintage episode.

Favourite moment had to be Agnes meeting the dall, dark and handsome Frenchman Frank, such a funny sequence.

You may question why Father Damien is involving himself in speed dating, it seems so much more likely a thing that Buster Brady would have come up with as a way of making a few bucks, Father Damien though.

Already looking forward to next week.

A little bit better than last week's episode..

Come on IMDb. At least 600 characters... How about 1000 characters maximum instead... Coming up with 600 characters is hard sometimes. Why do you think I'm typing this now! It's odd seeing the actors waay older. Especially since I just discovered this show at the beginning of August this year... This episode was at least a little bit more laughable. Last week's wasn't so "grand!" Get it, grand! Lol! Last week I was worried that the new (4 only episodes) wouldn't be like the 2011 episodes. But this episode kinda gives me a little hope. I guess we'll see by the end of the month! See IMDb how hard it was to come up with 600 characters...

Birdie is the new neighbour who has moved across the road to Mrs Brown. They are meant to be a rough family. Rougher than Mrs Brown? Surely not!

It turns out that Birdie and Mrs Brown get along famously which upsets Winnie. She feels superfluous to requirements with the coarser Birdie. She has had seven kids from seven different men.

The main story is Father Damien takes over Foley's for the night with speed dating for the locals.

All the women go to the salon to spruce themselves up but are red faced with the latest beauty product flogged by Buster and Dermot.

Once again a mild return to form, the humour is inconsistent but it was hard to see how a Sacha Distel type would just wander off the streets for speed dating.
