A horror ? Maybe. But one who only remind all the cliches of genre. Its sin - the absence of a real story. Except the atmosphere and the reference to Psycho, nothing more. Only motif for see it - the hope of a clue, explanation or just coherent plot. In essence, only the ingredients of genre, from the freak to cannibalism . And that is far to be real reasonable.
