Milana Mayar managed to vividly weave a human destiny into the form of a documentary story, partially using the reconstruction technique, restoring the events in a fictional form, which makes this film fascinating and interesting. The way emotions are expressed allows the viewer to sympathize with the incredible fate of the film's hero. I believe that the film will be warmly received not only in Serbia and the Balkan countries, but also in all countries whose history is connected with the consequences of wars and their heavy legacy, which still reminds of itself even after more than 70 years."
