Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been together since 2016, and they’ve been engaged since 2019. The couple has their ups and downs, as they briefly split a year into dating before reconciling. Now, they have a daughter, Daisy Bloom, and fans wonder when they plan to officially tie the knot. Here’s what a psychologist said about the couple’s “fragile” relationship.
A psychologist said that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s engagement remains ‘fragile’
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom seem like a rock-solid couple. However, psychologist Jo Hemmings thinks Perry and Bloom might have a rocky engagement.
“Katy and Orlando’s engagement signified a long-term commitment, but their relationship has been fragile,” Hemmings explained to The Sun. “Staying engaged long-term has all the commitment without the financial side of marriage, too. But marriage might be too complex a subject for them to tackle.”
The psychologist added that Perry and...

Twenty years ago, Troy and its cast made its mark on epic filmmaking. Director Wolfgang Petersen’s take on Homer’s Iliad featured an ensemble cast led by Brad Pitt and created a wildly entertaining, if not entirely accurate, movie.
Working from a script by future Games of Thrones showrunner David Benioff, the Troy cast brought to life legends like Achilles, Helen of Troy, and Hector. Eric Bana, Orlando Bloom, and Diane Kruger were among those who joined Pitt in the impressive cast. While many of the actors haven’t made another film on Troy‘s scale, they continue to perform in blockbuster movies 20 years later.

Singer-songwriter Katy Perry recently took to social media to express her discontent regarding her fiance Orlando Bloom’s new TV series. ‘Orlando Bloom: To The Edge’ features the British actor attempting daring stunts and extreme sports, something ‘American Idol’ judge Katy Perry clearly isn’t a fan of, reports ‘Mirror.co.uk’.
The show has not been well received by the ‘Roar’ hitmaker.
Katy, 39, voiced her disapproval of her partner’s participation in the programme on her Instagram, advising him to “don’t ever do this again”.
According to ‘Mirror.co.uk’, the three-part series showcases Orlando attempting skydiving, diving underwater without an air tank, and rock climbing.
“The person who has been #OnTheEdge this whole time is me,” Katy said regarding the show’s series trailer released on social media.
“Stream baby daddy @orlandobloom’s show on @peacock now to see why I’m so proud, but don’t ever do this again.

Orlando Bloom wanted to push himself for his Peacock docuseries “Orlando Bloom: To the Edge” — but that also meant those along for the shoot were stretching the limits of what they thought themselves capable of, too. After all, how are you going to capture footage of Bloom wingsuiting if you’re not up there with him?
“I was in the plane for most of his jumps, and I’d try to get intimate and close,” cinematographer Doug Glover told IndieWire. (Glover worked on the first two episodes and Gareth Leah did the third.) “You can really see his mental focus. I was able to get a few feet from him, and the first time he jumps with the wingsuit, just watching his facial expressions as he prepares… He’s very calm and quiet, and then he gets very fired up. And then figuring out how to shoot that with the...

Orlando Bloom is opening up about falling in love with Katy Perry and why he “wouldn’t change it for anything.”
The actor recently appeared on the What Now? With Trevor Noah podcast, where he shared details about their relationship after host Trevor Noah pointed out their attempt at a life of “peace” and “normalcy,” despite being in the spotlight.
“I think one of the things that I fell in love with Katy was … she hates when I say this, so I have to word it carefully, but her music was everywhere, right?” the Lord of the Rings star said in response. “When I came up, it was just on every radio station, but I wasn’t conscious of … [it] wasn’t what I was listening to, but, I fell in love with Katheryn, this girl from Santa Barbara.”
Bloom continued to note how the singer was raised, adding, “And by the way,...

Orlando Bloom takes himself to all-new heights and depths in his new three-part docuseries, Orlando Bloom: To the Edge. The actor may be best known for roles in big-budget blockbusters like the Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean franchises, but it seems his truest passion is finding and testing his own limits—physically, mentally, and emotionally. In each episode of the series, Bloom challenges himself to accomplish a very difficult and dangerous activity after just a few weeks of training. First, there’s the matter of learning to wingsuit solo; then, he decides to dive 100 feet into the ocean while holding his breath; and, finally, he climbs a massive peak that forces him to confront his deepest fear. Each challenge is draining and revelatory for Bloom, and we learned so much about the actor (and apparent adrenaline fiend) watching it all play out. He was very moved...

“I never feel so alive as being so close to death,” Orlando Bloom confesses in the first of the three-part adventure series Orlando Bloom: To the Edge. To get that thrill, the Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean movie star tries out some very risky sports. “A big part of doing all of this is so I can be on that edge…but safely.” Supporting from the ground is Bloom’s wife, Katy Perry. His childhood Bff Kris Gifford, who was at his side during a youthful accident that could have paralyzed the actor, also joins in. “Growing up, I was addicted to the adrenaline rush and never thought about the consequences,” Bloom admits. Kicking off his trilogy of terror is wingsuiting—skydiving in a special jumpsuit that adds lift so you can glide longer before opening your chute. The goal: fly three miles over the Pacific...
