Despite some rather odd tangents, Sonya's dilemma actually works rather well here, although in the end it's over pretty quickly and turns out to be largely an excuse for some comedy scenes of Toadie and Callum looking after Nell on their own.Georgia is great value as always.
The Susan/Karl/Carmel stuff is just plain irritating.Susan is at her judgemental worst, being snooty towards Karl without even bothering to hear his side of the story and finally barging into his home to hurl abuse at him.Lucky escape.
The Paul/Sophie storyline suffers by the rather desperate attempt to make us feel sorry for Paul and treat him like the victim in all this. While anyone who wasn't the boss' niece would get fired for the way Sophie behaves, Kate's speech is pretty cringeworthy as well.
