This episode definitely had some moments that made me laugh, but a lot of it was just quite odd too. I am not sure what the end game for Lucky Hank is, or even what the format is going to be episode to episode, heck, even if scene to scene.
But when it is working it works from Russell taking off and running in the car, Hank seeing his dad on the side of road and picking him up, and then all of the chaos around the larger family dynamic.
You are guaranteed at least 10 minutes a week of good content around Lucky Hank. Figuring out how to handle the other 30 minutes or so has proven to be a battle for the show.
