An interesting case

All three litigants were likable in sorts. Which is very rare. Judge Judy saw the case in black and white but didn't really delve into the gray areas. Plaintiff Brandon Blanchard had documented long lasting car accident injuries but Judge Judy didn't want to hear about it. She implied he was a con operator looking for long-term disability. Question I was wondering is Judge Judy didn't ask was how he got multiple concussions. The plaintiff mentioned the car accident but never explained the repeated concussions cause. Working part time for his father here and there is a big difference than working a job that gives no leeway for physical injuries.
