This is a decent episode. One thing that did get me, (as a tortoise lover) at about 22:40 Nate refers to the turtle as a "sucato." There is no such thing. There is a sulcata tortoise, an African tortoise that doesn't look anything like the turtle shown. Sulcatas can grow up to 150 pounds and are considered to be one of the larger tortoise breeds in the world. Some people do keep them as pets but they require a lot of room.

I'm not sure the writers had ever seen a hockey game. It wasn't even a matter of taking poetic license to keep the episode flowing - they were just obvious errors. The clock kept running after penalties and goals. There was a fight in the climactic game, and the announcers were shocked that play stopped. After the fight, they just started playing again without a face-off. A player leaves the penalty box because he's needed on the ice ... I think.
The con didn't make sense, either. It felt like the episode had multiple writers and they never consulted with each other. In one scene, Sophie finds a list of payments, all for $5,000. Nate has to explain to her that the first column is the date - she can't figure out what "121511" means - and in the next scene Hardison announces that the payments in the book "totaled less than five grand."
There were some funny moments, but the writing was really sloppy.
