Whilst Sasha evokes the viewer's sympathy, it's frustrating that she continues to suffer in silence rather than accept Gina's offers of help. The attack on her at the end is surprisingly brutal but also quite believable in the circumstances.
Marilyn giving advice is never a good sign and her words of "wisdom" to Sid and Indigo here are debatable.Alan wanting to speak to Dexter is a curious moment which might be followed up on.It's nice to see Derek and Julie getting some screen time as well.
John and Gina's marital woes are hard to take seriously at times, with Shane Withington apparently playing it for laughs.Hopefully it won't mean the end of what seems to be one of the show's most stable married couples, although his interaction with Marilyn and Roo and failed attempts to play Alf are good entertainment value.
