Christine is about to turn 69, Beth throws her an afternoon tea party, all of the neighbours are invited, they all bring something home made, everything that is, but the cake.
Pretty funny, it was good to see an upbeat, cheerful episode, a celebration of Christine's birthday made for quite an uplifting episode.
This really does take a bizarre turn when it ventures onto the funeral story, seeing Eric, Beth and Ian stood there in their funeral gear, it was bonkers.
Even Anne Marie is now starting to take control over poor Beth, one of these days she's going to have to turn. Anne Marie continues to develop as a character, she's getting more weird with time.
Michelle continues to have a go at Alan over his eating habits, Graeme Stevely is a fine figure of a Man.
7/10.
