- A child removes the Phantom's mask and screams.
- There are several music scenes which are quite dark and show some characters which could be frightening for small children. (i.e. the beauty underneath number, etc) Several characters are typical of old freak shows and others could just be frighteninga small group of devils, a man with extremely long fingers who is locked inside a box, etc. all of these scenes are quite brief when focusing on the characters but the music overall is quite intense during said scenes.
