THE NATURE OF EVIL
nogodnomasters17 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The film is an hour long documentary and re-enactments. It starts with a less than Wikipedia knowledge of Satan, presenting a spotty history, mentioning a few Bible verses in passing. If asks the question if Satan has children on Earth and assumes he does. The rest of the film goes into the lives of various serial killers who were presumed to have been conceived on a Satanic holiday, or Friday the 13th. How they knew this is not revealed.

The title of the film did nothing to reveal any meaning of the number 666 which wasn't mentioned on the film and only seen written on a woman's bare chest (some nudity).

Unless you want a crash course of a few serial killers, this hour long DVD should be avoided.

Satanic Serial Killers From Hell...
azathothpwiggins3 August 2020
After opening with a short history of Satan, complete with witches, werewolves, demons, Aleister Crowley, Anton LeVey, human sacrifice, orgies, etc. 666 REVEALED launches into its main thesis: Does Satan produce human offspring?

One after another, serial killers like Albert Fish, David "Son Of Sam" Berkowitz, et al. are offered up as "evidence" that the Devil indeed has reproduced the old fashioned way. Actually, this is all just an excuse to discuss / show the grisly details of several infamous murder cases. This isn't exactly PBS. It's more of an exploitation film disguised as a documentary.

There's a grim narrator, some "experts", and a priest or two sprinkled throughout to give the appearance of legitimacy. So, if you're looking for a balanced account of all things diabolical, this isn't it. However, if you want a gruesome, pseudo-religious movie, complete with TV show-like crime scene reenactments, you've struck gold! Either way, you may want to be well anesthetized...
