The Government are unsure about how to proceed, they take the strange option to inform the public not to panic, not to evacuate, and to stay in their homes. Meanwhile The Staff at Fukushima await a second tsunami, and realise that The Reactor has no coolant.
Episode one was always going to be the hook, so much happened, it was a definite mix of drama, shock and intrigue, this could easily have dipped after such an opening, but it didn't, this was a very good, very watchable second episode.
Discovering how The Authorities behaved is so interesting, I'm baffled as to why people were advised to stay in their homes, were they just not getting the information from the experts?
Once again, production values are terrific.
It's way better in original Japanese with subtitles, thn dubbed in English, it feels better somehow.
8/10.
