I really hope new girl picks Isaiah and Sydney goes home. She completely manipulated him into wanting to be with her after he said he wasn't feeling it with her, then she manipulated Andy into picking her just to try and get him jealous n want her more when he never really wanted her in 1st place! If they stayed together he will never be happy because she is just manipulative n knows what to do n say to get her way.
