Big names - small movie

Warning: Spoilers
"The Brain Storm" only runs for 8 minutes, but it features Academy Award winners Mel Gibson and Jamie Fox as well as Emmy winner Garry Shandling. The trio not only act in here, but also wrote the script together with David Wild. Director is Jeff Roe and these two (not so famous names) have also received unusually many awards for making a Funnyordie sketch. Mostly it's unknown writers and directors making these. Anyway, the trio of stars basically talks about Robert Downey Jr. in this movie and especially about his turn in "Tropic Thunder" and his new-found glory after many downs in the past. Fitting that they included Mel Gibson in here, who was wrongfully bullied and verbally abused by the mainstream media as well before he went on his path to a glorious comeback, including films like "The Beaver", which may not be known too much, but in which Gibson gave one of his finest career performances. Anyway, this short is not too interesting I think, but not entirely bad either.
