- Some of the characters wear revealing outfits but nothing explicit is shown.
- Most of the female characters wear tight clothing
- Some of the summer skins have bikini tops on
- Widowmaker's main outfit reveals cleavage
- Some characters have revealing skins (different style options) such as Widowmaker's Ange De La Mort skin and Ashe's Poolside skins. Some emotes make them even more inappropriate.
Violence & Gore

- When players hit another player (melee) blood is shown but the blood doesn't look realistic rendering the gore almost non-existent.
- Animated blood is shown whenever you deal damage or take damage

- The occasional "Hell" or "Damn" is used but nothing stronger
- Kids can get exposed to swearing in voice chat
- Tracer has voice lines saying "Tosser" and "Wanker". Both are British swear words to refer to someone who masterbates a lot.
- "Hell" and "damn" are used. Occasionally "dammit".
- Some characters can say swear words in their language.
- The character Cassidy wears a belt buckle with the letters "BAMF" (Bad-Ass Motherf**er) in both of his default skins.

- One character Cassidy smokes a cigar but it is also part of his character design.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- In the game mode, Wrath of the Bride, there are a couple jumpscares but they aren't that frightening.
- Some characters skins may look frightening being that some are Halloween themed or may just be scary in general.
- Reaper might scare younger children
