Becoming an officer, he ceases to be a prisoner
PellyTelly26 May 2022
This is a very strong film about love, honor, duty, politics, war, sincerity and faith. This is a film about friends and enemies, and the ability to distinguish between them. A film about suffering and self-sacrifice, about Motherland and family. But the most important thing: about the difficulty of making the right choice, even when you have practically none. The film hooked me to the core, made me think about many things in our already modern world. I think a lot of people will be able to find something for themselves here, because the movie is incredibly multifaceted and unusual. And it's also simply unrealistic not to fall in love with the main character - he is a wonderful person, and also handsome!

I was born to stop this war

To be an officer means to be a man of honor and conscience. And although it is far from usual case in the army, Jamalutdin can definitely be attributed to people of a true soul. At the same time, this is a person in whose life an important place is occupied not only by his duty, but also by simple human feelings and relationships.

I can say that at first, the film starts hard, but already at 15-20 minutes it really completely captures the attention of the viewer. The main character is gradually more and more revealed as a person, and you fall more and more in love with him. In general, viewing causes really pleasant feelings. And, in my opinion, this is the most important thing: to genuinely enjoy watching. I responsibly declare that it is simply impossible not to enjoy this movie!

Never forget to be human even in the hardest times

In today's world it is very difficult to stay away from politics and history. But the protagonist of the "Amanat" film became a real hostage to this politics exactly. Actually, the name of the film speaks for itself. But even in such a difficult position for him, being able to remain a real human, he did not forget about honor, pride and duty to both homelands: to the one that gave birth, and to the one that raised.

Very strong, deep, gripping story. So many details can be found here. And Dagestan cultural features and values are also shown in a very unusual way. I generally keep quiet about the beauty of landscapes and nature - it's like a real art form. Great movie!
