Ryan should have been fired after the first charter, getting a chef is so hard that he wasn't immediately fired is understandable, but when there was the chef available the Captain should have jumped on it.
Magda should have been fired by mid season, because she was so distracted for so long. She should have been gone after the sleeping on duty incident.
BUT WHY IS BENNY STILL THERE?!? He is such a disaster. Just for insurance reason he should have been kicked long ago. Should have made a clean sweep of the dead weight. He may have a baby face, but he is in his thirties not a child.
