One of the most boring episodes (and season)
spemovka5 June 2022
I enjoyed Family Guy up until season 17 but then something happened in the cartoon's production and it just went downward from there. Each season is getting more and more boring, there's less and less good laughs.

This season, along with this particular episode, is probably the most boring one and it feels simply like a waste of time.

A fitting season finale. I liked it, the jokes were meh but the plot and characters make up for it. As usual I think family guy will begin rising again and this episode is proof.

Understand this is my personal review, PERSONAL. Otherwise I would like to say it was decent.

Probably a 6/10

But without getting into spoilers, it simply was slow-paced. I did observe some minor errors that easily could be fixed but then, SPOILERS so I won't be getting into that.

My overall rating (personal) will be a strong 9,5/10.

Thanks for reading my review and I'd like to know what you thought of this episode. Was it a meh or a decent perhaps a good or a perfect one.

Also one last thing. I do have some hope for season 21 I think this one will be a better one. Thanks again for reading my review

Nothing happens in this episode.

There's nothing to gain from this episode at all its just so boring. Peter and his boss go on a business meeting or something and it just goes nowhere. Same goes for the B plot with Stewie and Chris it's just predictable as hell.

Pretty lazy and unsatisfying end to an actually decent season.

I have 2 assumption for this season as whole.

First one is a simple one. They want emmy so f.. bad they made a belove the curve season just to let the next season get emmy or Listen here carefully.... Seth macfarlane is completlety gone insane . I mean like.jim carrey insane. Which is dangerous for humankind.

Thanks for reading.

"Jersey Bore" Is An Accurate Title
laitphunkyboi22 September 2022
As is standard for many of the most recent Family Guy episodes, the show is plagued with inconsistent characterization and bizarre, poorly written scripts.

This episode jumps from one scene, one idea to another haphazardly, spewing soft-ball jokes that land like a full-force punch from a double-arm amputee. Preston, while seeming like a no-brainer foil to Peter on paper, is an uninteresting character, whose bland, straight-laced characterization is, not surprisingly, bland (though this was certainly not the writer's intention).

Peter and Joe act nothing like they would have earlier in the series, which isn't indicative of any character development, so much as it indicates lazy writing from people who hardly understand these characters.

Warning: Spoilers
Some good references here, but the boss character is just awful and I hope we don't see him much anymore.

For a season finale this has to be considered a letdown, no matter how bad current Family Guy is.

What a good episode.

Nice episode. A good season finale. The main plot with Peter and his friends hanging out with his boss was hilarious while the subplot with Stewie and Chris doing the whole acting play was hilarious too. 9.7/10.
