Jeff travels to Ng'ombe Township in Zambia to meet Annie Banda, a woman who provides for her family, and sends her oldest daughter to university by baking scones. Her dream is to have a bigger oven so that she can expand her business. He then travels to Mazabuka to meet Daudie and Memory Kamisi and find out more about their daughter Faridah, who suffers from cerebral palsy.

Jeff travels to Makenya area in Lusaka to meet Martha Mfula, a woman who really want to help the local street kids and their grandmother in the area. He then travels to Mutendere town to speak to Sandra Kasonso, the creator of Magic Hands of Africa, an organization that helps poor women earn an income.

Jeff travels to Bauleni compound in Lusaka to visit the Zambia Community Concerned Project Foundation, an organization that educates the community though various programs. He also goes to the little town of Chililabombwe to meet Mr. Power, an disabled man who doesn't let his disability get him down. He is a successful welder and family man with a dream of expanding his business.

At Garden compound in Lusaka Jeff meets Peter Banda, a young man who invented a new board game called Brain Soccer. He also visits the biggest medical institution in Zambia, the U.T.H. Special School in the Ridgeway area of Lusaka. It is a school for disabled children that doesn't have enough money for transportation for it's student or to complete and upgrade their classrooms.
