Setting up a 'let's all get along' finale, Rocky demonstrates the 'goodness' of science to a skeptical cave-man only to discover that the only way to get off planet is to figure out how to fly the ancient alien saucer - but how hard could that be? The 'Blast Off' 3-parter comes to a predictable ending that, judging by the following episode ('The Cold Sun') results in Rocky getting a new rocket ('The Silver Moon) but not in the adoption of alien FTL technology by the 'United Worlds of the Solar System', which would have been cool. If you like 50's style TV space operas, you'll like this show (if you don't, you'll likely not have sat through parts 1 and 2).
