Sharon Stone fully commits
mycannonball2 March 2022
Sharon Stone is a great dramatic actress, and she plays this with full commitment to the scenes. That makes it good on one hand, though it's also kind of funny when actors can't help but break character, and she rarely does this and only for brief glimmers. Pretty good episode.

Decently funny

Decently funny, the murderer wasn't just the second person interviewed and i guessed the murderer wrong. The cliffhanger at the end is cool and Sharon stone was pretty good In this one.

I though Sharon stone played it well, she was quite cool and witty in this episode as well as funny. The episode had some great moments too and Will Arnett was brilliant again.

Why You Shouldn't Let a Dog Lick Your Face
nebohr4 February 2022
Murderville S1 E5 "Heartless"

My wife refers to this as "train wreck humor". This is the kind of comedy where you laugh and shake your head at the same time.

8-stars. Everything starts with an 8-star rating.

That murder board looks to be quite the mess, Senior Detective Terry Seattle.

It's not a pyramid scheme ok, Rhonda. Attention much? It's a milkshake scheme.

"They accidently used my photo with an obituary".

Carnivals are always tragic. On one level or another. Right?

And THAT'S why we don't own dogs. Besides, they eat cat poop, too. That's why I usually vomit whenever I see someone let a dog lick their face.

Beginning at 07:54- The dead doctor's eyes and mouth move as Will and Sharon play with his nipples.

Stomped on. That's harsh.

"You got lint on it".

Yeah, Sharon. It's all in how you preface the question.

Oh, man. We're wrong again. The clues were so not fair. That makes us 3 for 5.

8-stars.

Cliffhanger.

Sharon Stone can't do improv
revelations-7702731 March 2022
Not only was she unfunny, she also broke the most important rule of improv from the beginning, almost constantly. She said 'no' to so many things. Her dancing or doing that German accent surprised me, because she declined so much and literally said 'no' to suggestions so often.

That's on top of her dead-serious acting style with no comedic delivery.

She's great in other things, but didn't fit this show at all.

Joyless, humorless, poor Will.
hnhnyc19 February 2024
What a nightmare.

This should've been scrapped.

She doesn't even pick up what he's putting down half the time-short answers, flat out no's...the episode is a cold violent jolt out of the deliriously funny high carried created by the episodes that preceded it.

Joyless, humorless, except for Will, who's trying; it's very hard to bring down a room he's been working, but somehow she manages.

There are even moments where she's captured just gazing off, almost weary, maybe dazed?

If you have to rely on dog poop jokes as your best material...there had to be legal or logistical reasons this was kept in.
