Not Star Wars Nor Star Trek

The Expanse was a Syfy channel series but now you may watch it on Amazon Prime. Loved the series, but hate that it was canceled after six seasons. It did leave some holes that did not get answered but overall it is one of the best Syfy series I have ever watched. The storyline takes place sometime in the future where there are colony of humans on the moon, Mars and the asteroid belt. The belters provided ships, while earth exchanged food and support to both Mars and the Belt. This caused a rift and the belters declared war on the inners. Loved the actors from badass Wes Chatham and beautiful Frankie Adams to Cas Anwar and Steven Strait who come together to man the Rocinante which means broken down old horse in Spanish. Great cast that included Shohreh Aghdashloo, Thomas Jane, Nadine Nicole, the protagonist Keon Alexander, David Strathairn, Terry Chen, Francois Chau, Elizabeth Mitchell, Jared Harris, and Brian George. Don't expect anything Star Wars or a Trek type of show. Definitely add this to your collection.

Great series that only got do much better when added to PRIME VIDEO... removing the constraints of cable tv.

The entire cast was phenomenal... From hunky Wes Chatam <3 and gorgeous Dominque Tipper to ever sexy Steven Strait.

I only wish they could redo Season Six over and extend it a few episodes more tgen ebd with a 2 hour finsle!

Only once humanity learns to overcome stupid ideologies and work together will we truly be deserving to chart the heavens.

If we wish to walk amongst the angels... we must first learn to love and respect each other here on earth before we step foot on Mars or elsewhere.

This series is great at examining the old intracansies of "Man versus Man" and a but lessor extent... "Man versus his Environment/Man versus Himself"
