Warning: Spoilers
Dr. Weston is seen, as the episode begins, helping his son Max with an equation before the boy leaves for school. His next patient is Sunil, who shows up with the contraceptive pills he took from his daughter-in-law's drawer, without her knowledge. Being from another culture, it is clear, Sunil is shocked at the discovery.

Sunil has an issue with Julia because of her interest in a young author, Ethan Barr, who is a genius according to her. Sunil reveals he went up to his son Arun's bedroom while he and Julia were sleeping. Arun is a restless sleeper, while Julia appeared to be quite relaxed and at peace in her sleep. In Sunil's mind he believes Julia is having an affair with her young writer, something Dr. Weston is trying to show he is wrong. The idea of avoiding having another child seems to be not important for Arun.

He goes to tell Paul his unsettling dream. It had to do with being in a place high up, when a sort of monster appeared. Sunil does not know whether the monster was a dog, or a goat, but it was menacing. After he ran away from it, he saw himself digging dirt in the backyard. Paul touches on Sunil's relation with Malini, a troubling subject for the patient. Sunil recounts how Malini decided to commit suicide by jumping from a high bridge and drowning by filling the pockets of the jacket she borrowed from him with stones. The difference in castes proved to be fatal. Sunil, very disturbed, leaves even before his time is up.

Another good chapter of this interesting series. Paris Barclay directed with his usual eye for detail. Gabriel Byrne and Irrfan Khan were in fine form. Adam Rapp wrote the screenplay.
