The 40 minute short film telling the story of the "Perseus Myth" remains both faithful and gives an original approach. Here, the main character must overcome different kinds of troubles in this epic Greek story (in Lego pieces).
Worth to watch? Absolutely. The spanish voices felt too real to the charaters, you can sense there is emotion and a goal to make an entertaining story. To be a filmmaker´s first movie it almost feels so unreal that this project was done in almost 3 months, showing how the director took care of the scenarios, the details and even tried to make such a fun "old school" movie with homages to 80´s classics with that retro and vintage style, actually giving the movie a sense of self awareness of how to make an epic journey right.
The stop motion effects were on point, I wish it had been longer, but 40 minutes aren´t that bad for a short.
So I recommend this personal project to everyone who likes different kind of Greek Mythos translated on screen.
