Without divulging spoiler specifics, this story seemed headed in a certain customary direction for its denouement, based on years of sitcom convention. The script jockeys made a different choice, serving up a delightful variant from expectations.

Another good episode of Tacoma FD. Sports-based episodes can often be a mixed bag, but this one worked, it was funny and entertaining. Disappointed that the season is almost over.
