Dembe and Red No Longer Friends?
shelbythuylinh14 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Red does not take cases personally but this one when Liz dies is no exception. That he blasts Dembe for going on a date of sorts when he should had been protecting Liz there.

Liz died and that Red no longer feels he and Dembe are friends plus Dembe is now a fed and how he got that way will be discussed in next week's episode.

Here is hoping that Donald will finally get sober there. And fast! As a doctor who is fixing the odds for a major sporting betting syndicate. After athletes are dying and those close to it like a reporter that get too close will lose their lives.

[8.2] Grief and anger
cjonesas19 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Episode 8: More good acting than a good story, with the last few minutes grandiose with a super fitting soundtrack.

On a side note: Reddington! You do not throw Dembe out of your car, even if you feel his complete guiltiness and betrayal. You honor your past relationship and try to resolve matters like the decent and experienced person that you are.

But then, grief and anger have washed over you.

LAST 5 MINs IS A MASTERPIECE!

I Absolutely love the one behind picking the songs.

Raymond is the only thing making me so excited. The relation he has with dembe! He betrayed him but yet he can't kill him you can see the anger he has when dembe started talking about Elizabeth's death.

The 10/10 rating is just because of the last 5 mins.

One of the best episodes of S09
tanzimkh14 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This episode is exactly the reason we became a fan of this show. There is no doubt that this episode was so far one of the best episodes of S09. Enjoyed every moment of the hunt for criminals (yes there were 2 criminals including a blacklister). However, it was very heart breaking to see Red ending all relationship with Dembe. It was difficult to see them get apart. Moreover, this mystery of Harold cooper is getting intense. Enjoyed every bit of the show on a chilly weekend. Hope to see more from this show.

The best episode in season 9 !
fsn-3593614 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Dembe betrays Raymond and for who ? To Raymond, the end of the episode when Raymond discovers the real betrayal in the matter was not related to Liz's news of the truth but related to Liz's murder, Harold and his side in the episode and the season in general has gone up and up and in this episode it seems that he is competing with Raymond and Dempy's side The blacklist is back and woah From back 9,0/10.

The Blacklist needs to do better!
letiamj-9508829 January 2022
This was the absolute worst episode. Dembe was tortured beyond human comprehension and his family was held captive, yet he came back from the pits of hell to shoot up an airplane hanger to rescue Red!

Now, Red thinks Dembe betrayed him. Red put Dembe out of his car in the night like Dembe was trash. For me, the relationship is over.

Cooper is a respected, decorated FBI director. Why does the writer have Cooper making rookie mistakes? Why hasn't Cooper asked Red to look into who is blackmailing him?

The Blacklist needs to do better!

THE BEST IN STRAIN 9
somodgodana15 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Shout out to James Spader. He portrayed the emotions just perfect. Tintin Reddington needs to get over the fact that Keen is dead. You can't bring her back. Blaming Dembe won't solve anything. Surely writers when did Red begin losing his brain cells?

Tense and Significant
Hitchcoc14 December 2022
Red shot Mr. Kaplan in the head when her back was turned. For him, betrayal, even the smallest bit of it, is inexcusable. Dembe has done a thousand things for him, being totally in control when asked. But he also cared about Elizabeth and shared a confidence. But he also set it up so the killer was in the area. So Red dumps his Watson. The focus of this investigation is a man who has been doping athletes. But another man leans into avarice, killing them before they can tell. He gains huge profits from product endorsements. Of course, we also have the tiresome story of Don's addictions and the director's blackmail.
