Declan continues to let Kate down in a way that is very in character but somewhat disappointing. His two apologies are nicely written and played but their later discomfort with each other at the coffee shop suggests things aren't quite resolved. The showdown between Declan and Harry is a nice character moment while Kate blows up at Lou's relaxed approach to organising the household but has a nice bonding moment with him later.Donna seems a bit superfluous. The stuff with Declan's wedding ring seems more symbolic than logical, whether or not he's wearing it doesn't have much bearing on whether he's ready to start dating again.
