Charlie and his wife attend a lavish Gala, where Raymond delights in taunting him. Conrad receives his sentence from The Judge, who handsome out a tough justice.
I'm really waiting for this to catch fire, at this midway point, it somehow still feels as if it's stuck in second gear, I know it has the potential to really burst into flames, but so far, I'm just not getting that vibe.
Jeff Daniels is definitely elevating it, without him I think it would have been a little flat, but as it stands, he's making it interesting.
What is it with that Judge, is it personal, is he going after Conrad for a specific reason?
It's very stylish, and The Gala in particular looked amazing, some great music too.
6/10.
